Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs online sales between Tulin Beauty Center (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) through the website tulinbeauty.com, in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published by the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.

1. Parties

Seller: Tulin Beauty Center, Istanbul, Turkey
Buyer: The individual making the purchase via tulinbeauty.com

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of products selected by the Buyer electronically via tulinbeauty.com.

​

3. Product Information

The details, price, and payment terms of each product are shown on the Website and form part of this agreement.

​

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer. The cost of delivery belongs to the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics, personal care products, and opened hygiene items.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Only unopened and unused items may be exchanged within 7 days from delivery, as detailed in our Delivery & Return Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under Turkish law, with jurisdiction in Istanbul courts.
